What are the terms and conditions of the order process?
Merchandise ordered will begin production upon receipt of payment. The University of Phoenix Student Store accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. All transactions are secured with Verisign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect credit card information, but Corporate purchase orders are also accepted with established credit. How will you ship my order?
All items will be shipped via UPS ground. Expedited service is also available. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your order to ship. If you have an event date or need your order to arrive at a specific time please give us a call at 800-837-9525.

What if I need a split shipment?
Simply make a note of the shipment requirements when checking out.

What if I need to change my order?
If there is a change to an order (increase or decrease in quantities, color choice or imprint), uophxstore will make every reasonable attempt to process the change. Please contact us immediately via e-mail or at 800-837-9525.

Once an order is placed and processed, the customer is responsible for payment of the order, including shipping. All merchandise is returnable within 30 days of the purchase date.

When you receive your order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, our vendor will exchange it or refund the full purchase price with appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
